I think these were given out at gun shows and or when you bought from a Winchester Gun Dealer.
Looks like this is from the 1980's made of plastic and a gold color metal (Brass), seems to be very good quality..
This is about 1"" high and are near mint/ Mint condition, and never used as they came right from a vendors pack still in the original plastic.
USE Caution as they have sharp pins and should not be given or left around young children as they can cause harm with small parts and a sharp pin!
These are for collectors and we have several styles being put up for auction and grab a few.
