The new AVIVA 40 single filter half mask is the next step forward in half mask technology from Scott Safety. Innovative
design elements such as a hybrid reflex face seal,an easy-to-use leak check mechanism and goggle ‘pinch’ have been
integrated into the AVIVA 40 half mask, with user comfort and protection in mind. AVIVA 40 is suitable for a variety of
applications including paint spraying, chemicals and manufacturing, utilising the Pro2000 range of filters.

Aviva 40: New Upgraded Scott Safety 1/2 Mask Respirator Design.
The Scott Aviva 1/2 masks are a new upgraded version of the Profile range with the following features:
Upgraded head harness
Softer material to contour your face
Can be worn with most protective eye-wear
LEAK TEST BUTTON: Ensure your respirator is in working condition before entering the contaminated zone by using the leak check button so ensure you have a seal.
Includes a Scott Safety Mask Storage bag with snap seal for your protection of the equipment when not in use

The Aviva 40 takes the Scott Safety Pro 2000 range of 40mm threaded filter cartridges:- you can order separately a variety of filters in our shop
Please Note: the maximum recommended filter weight for this 1/2 mask respirator is 300 grams, suitable filters like the CF22 or PF10 Scott Filters.
Scientifically designed to fit a very high percentage of the global population in relation to different face shapes and sizes
Positive fit check button- when pressed during exhaling, the mask inflates slightly showing a good fit has been achieved and allows the user to check the integrity of fit periodically throughout their work.
Extremely low breathing resistance eases the respiratory burden on the wearer's lungs and downward facing exhale valve avoids misting to eyewear
Hybrid Reflex Seal: The unique faceseal flexes on the face for increased comfort and fit; specially blended super-comfortable material without the use of silicone

Scott Health & Safety's PF10 P3 Particle Filter has exceptionally low breathing resistance to provide comfortable and long duration use.
The standard 40mm thread makes it suitable for use on the Proflow and Autoflow PAPR systems, the entire Full Face Mask range, and the Aviva 40 Half Mask.
Pro2000 filters are fully EN approved to the latest standards, marked ‘R’ for re-usable (EN 143:2000/ A1:2006), CE certified, and connect via a 40 mm EN148-1 thread. CE approvals: EN143, EN14387. CE0121.
Protects against :
Solid and liquid particles of toxic agents,
radioactive substances and icroorganisms,
e.g. bacteria and viruses.
