One face mask from MSA, Model M3C2 with removable nosepiece for ease of cleaning, and I'm fairly certain it has an Ultravue lens, but I cannot warrantee that it does.
No hose or box.    Photos show the entire item.     Please read my feedback, I ship quickly and pack well.
