    We moved from cassettes to digital audio for our dictation needs. Dictaphone is old and has been repaired numerous time. Every repair it would work for a good amount and then needs to be repaired again. We are doing without it because it is getting harder to find a vendor that knows how to repair Dictaphone. Right now, the last reported issue is that Dictaphone produced a high pitch noise.
